Monthly Mini-Workshop Series: A Healthier You Through Bodywork
Each month Cascadia Community Bowen Clinic is hosting a different mini-workshop class dedicated to a specific condition or physical complaint.

Standard Agenda
  • Introduction to Bowen Therapy:  A short summary of the therapy and its origins.
  • Health Condition for October:  Sports Injuries – How Bowen can help speed healing and improve athletic performance.
  • Experiencing Bowen:  Receive 30 minutes of the therapy to feel the effects for yourself.
  • Group Discussion:  Feedback.

Date and Time:  Every 3rd Saturday of the month, from 10:00-11:30 a.m.  See table below (subject to change).

Location:  Cascadia Community Bowen Clinic                                                                                          4577 SW Watson Ave. Suite #200 (downtown Beaverton)

Space:  6 participants (minors without guardian will need written consent)

Price: $20 at the door

What to wear: loose comfortable clothing, yoga pants. We will have blankets, pillows and bolsters available.

Sports Injuries.  Join us on Thursday October 26th for a 90 minute intro class from 6:00-7:30pm. We will discuss how Bowenwork helps your body address acute injuries, (as well as enhancing recovery from hard workouts)
